Education

I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with prior experience in the law enforcement field and in the clinical field working with first responders and active/retired military. I have additional experience working with adults, young adults, and pre-teens with a wide range of mental health issues including life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, etc. I enjoy client-centered therapy which allows the client to take an active role on their treatment while I provide support and promote self-understanding.

Introduction

Finding time for ourselves is difficult between our busy work schedules and home lives! Now with a more convenient scheduling
option, your mental health needs can be scheduled. This is your year to finally make time in your busy schedules and seek out the
help you need whether it may be stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, processing past trauma and experiences, or anything in
between.

I have experience working with both youth and adults struggling with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-harming,
impulsive behavior, etc. Not only do I understand feeling the pressure of what is expected of you and the difficulty of balancing
work/home/school/family, I also understand that having extra support is nothing to fall short of.

Sometimes you may not realize the impact your mental health has not only on yourself, but also on your family and close ones. I am
here to help guide you through finding the balance you deserve and becoming the best version of yourself.
