Introduction

I am here to walk alongside you through this process at your own pace. I believe that every thought and behavior makes sense in context. Therefore, I collaborate with you to explore and understand your personal context so we can successfully facilitate change. I incorporate evidence-based, and scientific research-based psychotherapies, for real growth and progress.  I am honored to be able to witness peoples' journey toward change.I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused therapies to work together with clients to create personalized goals and treatment plans aimed at helping them make the changes they’d like to see, including living a healthier, happier, more satisfying life.

When participating in therapy, it’s important to find a counselor with whom you feel comfortable and can openly share the challenges you are facing.  I am committed to fostering a respectful and safe therapeutic environment where you can be your authentic self as you work towards making changes in your life.
